Our client is a group of researchers who are also involved in the world of entrepreneurship. Their entrepreneurial objective is to make the knowledge they have acquired in their university missions available and accessible to as many people as possible.
The mandate was to rethink the existing service offering based on a user-centric approach. The customer was keen to sort out and optimize its offering to better meet customer needs.
We leveraged our combined expertise in the following areas:

We conducted extensive research to understand the needs and expectations of potential customers.

We created personas representing the different segments of potential customers to better understand their characteristics and needs.

We organized ideation sessions with entrepreneurial researchers to encourage the generation of innovative and creative ideas. These sessions stimulated reflection and explored options for simplifying the service offering.

We carried out iterations and tests at the beginning and end of the process to gather the spontaneous opinions of potential customers and refine the service offering based on the feedback. Prototypes were handed over to the group of entrepreneurial researchers.
Using a user-based approach seemed the best option for this project. We are confident that the new, streamlined service offering will better meet customer needs, strengthening the market position of this group of entrepreneurial researchers. We will be assessing the impact of these changes over the coming months.
