As part of the Réflex-Aidance project, Émilie AllardPhD, professor in the Faculty of Nursing at theUniversité de Montréalentrusted Agence PhDesign with the design and layout of an interactive document aimed at educating and supporting future caregivers.
The main challenge of this project was to create a fifteen-page document with an attractive, ergonomic layout, while integrating interactive features such as clickable links and input fields. Agence PhDesign ensured that the structure of the document was clear, facilitating its use by a varied audience.
"Accessibility and ease of use are essential for this type of document, which must be easy to use by people of all ages and levels of familiarity with technology," explains Coralie, a graphic designer with the agency.
The tool is designed to be downloadable, printable and fillable online. The interactivity of the document means that fields can be filled in directly online. The tool has been optimized to adapt to different media, whether computer, tablet or mobile, for a seamless experience.
With this interactive layout, the Réflex-Aidance project offers a practical tool to help individuals reflect on and prepare for the role of caregiver. The tool plays a key role in enabling interested parties to better understand and anticipate the responsibilities that await them.
