The communication plan drawn up by Agence PhDesign aims to promote this tool to a variety of audiences, using an adapted strategy and a variety of distribution channels, in order to raise awareness of the tool and actively engage the population and stakeholders in the reflection on caregiving.
The main aim of this communication plan is to promote the reflection tool to the target population in order to raise collective awareness of the challenges of caregiving and encourage proactive reflection on this often misunderstood role.
"It's essential that people are better prepared for the responsibilities of being a caregiver, a role that, while essential, is often misunderstood," explains Émilie Allard.
Agence PhDesign designed a communication strategy aimed at raising public awareness of the issues involved in caring for a loved one, preparing individuals for this potential role, and providing appropriate resources to support this reflection.
In order to effectively reach the general population and stakeholders, the communication plan is based on the use of various distribution channels.
"We wanted to make sure that each message reached the right people, through a variety of communication channels, to maximize the impact of this tool," adds Feriel, Project Manager at the Agency.
Social media, targeted newsletters, collaborations with caregiver organizations and testimonials from caregivers are at the heart of this strategy. These channels will enable us to disseminate tailored messages to different segments of the population, while emphasizing the importance of proactive thinking about family and friends. Each action aims to reinforce the impact of the tool and create a collective dynamic around the subject.
The plan includes specific actions such as the creation of short awareness-raising videos, the development of visual aids and the organization of information workshops. These initiatives aim to hire and encourage them to use the reflection tool. The strategy also relies on mobilizing stakeholders and partners strategic partners to boost visibility of the tool and amplify its reach with the target population.
The communication plan is based on gradual roll-out of actions, enabling the strategy to be adjusted as and when feedback from target audiences is received. This approach makes it possible to adapt actions according to changing needs, while ensuring the ongoing visibility of the caregiver reflection tool.
